The text messaging was confusing. On 10/7 I was sent a message with an estimated completion date of 10/28. On 10/10 I was told to pick it up. This is confusing when a business makes arrangements to deal with not having a company car. Face to face and phone call interactions with your staff were extremely pleasant. Thank you

The crew ran the car into a tool box and dented the hood. It was to be repaired for a rear end collision. After the repair my gas cap didn’t open and body filler was on the head light.
