Other than the listed issues, my first impression of my vehicle was very good other than Hailey not communicating and hanging up on me.

The first appearance was great. My front end looked good and my door no longer makes sound when driving down the road. Upon closer examination, i noticed that the edge all of the front bumper has an elevated lip on the circumference. Could this create a place to harbor rust in the future? Also, I went through the car wash this week and all of a sudden there was water pouring into the back van window. The gal that takes care of the majority of the initial communication was great. The other girl hung up on me and was supposed to communicate with me Tuesdays and Thursdays to which all I received was a generic text that told me my vehicle was being worked on. I was specific in saying that before a repair was done that I wanted to know what was found before the additional repair was done. That’s disconcerting. Overall, it was okay. Could it have been better? Yes.

Overall the process was great. Brenda mentioned the vehicle making a strange sound today when she drove it, but it didn't do it for me, so I don't have any reason to think the sound was related to the work performed by Gerber.

Folks were friendly and accommodating. The only snag was the amount of time I was originally told ended up being longer, so ended up getting a rental car instead of having it back same week, so expectation setting could have been better.
