Nice people and kept us informed. Everything else was fine but this was a pretty big oversight that could have been caught by simply opening the trunk and hearing the noise it makes when you open it by hand, then testing the automatic open.

Very happy with the result and with the friendly, helpful staff. Not so happy that my battery was discharged beyond salvation. I believe the repair was done as quickly as they could manage but a weekly update would have helped me know when to schedule appointments and what invitations I could accept. I did get some progress reports, especially in the beginning but I did not get some others that were promised. I’d rate my experience 8 on a ten point scale.
