Mallorie was great! She kept me up to date on progress on my repairs and changes in estimated completion date, which did change a few times. She smoothed out all the little rough patches, and a couple bigger ones. Never fun to deal with the aftermath of an accident, but overall I had a great experience and would recommend Gerber to anyone

We have had positive experiences with past repairs which is why we came back. We initiated an insurance claim but informed when we came for the assessment that the person who hit us may have wanted to pay out of pocket. The assessment was provided to us and scheduled repairs to start on Monday. My husband called the next day and spoke with staff to verify regarding paying out of pocket. We were not informed there was a problem with the assessment and paying out of pocket until we came Monday morning to start repairs. A new assessment was provided. It’s unclear to us where the break down was. I understand that we put in the insurance claim. We were unclear what was going to happen with person who hit us so we were trying to have precaution. It made for an uncomfortable experience being told that the assessment was not accurate and needing to be provided a different one which took a little bit to have that offered during the drop off. The repairs were completed well and the turnaround time was within the lower end of the time frame provided. This is what our experience was other times. We have previously recommended your location to be considered. We will have to reconsider if we are faced with needing future repairs if we want to go through the uncertainty we are provided accurate information from the start.

I provided feedback in my original survey that it is unclear where the breakdown was about us either using insurance or pay out of pocket. The evaluator acknowledged we that we stated may use insurance or pay out of pocket and never said anything would be different about cost. It wasn’t until I was bringing my car in for the repair that I was told paying out of pocket was different. This could have been squared away when we came in for the quote.

Everyone was so accommodating and made sure.I had my car ready when I came back from Europe.So I didn't need to rent and kept me informed repeatedly as to the status of the car , so I didn't have to worry about it. I also really appreciated that they cleaned the inside of my car as well.It sure needed it . If needed, I would always go back to you and recommend you as well.Thank you for such good service .

Everyone was great. Helpful suggestions were given at the beginning about leaving the car with you so that you all could take on the burden of having the hazardous waste cleaned out and not me. You referred me to enterprise who gave me the insurance rate for a rental when I had to pay entirely out of pocket. I was contacted with updates weekly as promised. At pickup the car looks great, I’d never guess it was in an accident. Thank you for the help!
