I was continually emailed about the progress of the repair. After almost two months of my car being in the shop, the owner drove my car home and took care of my loaner car return to Enterprise. A special shout out to Kate who was so sensitive and kind.

The service was good. The communication was great. However i am in the process of having them redo the paint job. The color was way off and the headrest popped open. So i will rate again afterwards.

Very, very satisfied. The entire experience was way beyond any body shop experience I have ever had before in my 76 years of life. The paint work was excellent, and the car came back to me looking like a new car inside and out!
