This was a great experience, considering it was to repair an accident. Quality of repair was excellent. Customer service was WELL above average. Kate Legler was the main person I worked with, and she was very sharp, friendly, and really good with keeping me in the information loop. Nice people in the office as well (who were good about reminding me to get the garage opener out of the car). They even found some money that I had dropped and returned it to me. The parking situation is a little tricky but not a major problem. I would recommend your business. I forgot to note: really good coordination with my insurance company (State Farm) and Hertz made everything easy.

They were proactive about resolving any issues that arose and they did an excellent job of communicating the status up my vehicle and repairs. The vehicle repairs look great and they did an excellent job vacuuming and cleaning my vehicle also, which I really appreciated.
