Had a great experience, was helped by Kate Ledger. She is the best. Also i spoke to Ozgur, who i think is the manager. He was also very helpful. Throughout the process everyone at Gerber was kind and helpful. The car looks great. Again i cannot say how GREAT Kate and Ozgur were. I do not ever plan on being in an accident again. But if i do, i will be coming right back to Gerber. Despite the minor issues customer service wise and the communications issues they fixed the car and they did a good job. My only major complaint was leaving work early Friday and then being told it wasn’t ready and the lack of continuity of their hours being 5pm one day and 5:30 the next yet the website says 5:30 every day.

Although for the most part it was good, on more than one occasion I was met with attitude and rudeness. If I called for an update or had a question no one called me back, or they would partially update on one thing and say they’d call me back about the second issue and no one would call. Then I mentioned no one called me and the woman rudely got upset I said she didn’t call me but it wasn’t her that didn’t call me it was the previous person. Then they called me to say it was ready and I took time off work which means I lost pay just to be called to be told it wasn’t ready and they didn’t understand why I was upset as they never told me it was ready, I reminded her of the call and voicemail and she finally apologized. Very nice in person not the best on the phones.
