The team at Gerber on Monroe did a great job with my vehicle, it looks like there was never any damage to it now after almost totaling it. They did a great job providing me with weekly updates on the progress, and were very friendly and informative. Would definitely recommend them as a good collision shop in Rochester

I was quoted 21 days at the beginning of the process. It took 52 days. The shop didn't follow-up on the glass claim and delivered the car without fixing that, there is still somethong wrong with the front wheel, and now I have electrical issues that didn't exist before. Overall, I'm incredibly dissatisfied. I will be warning my friends and colleagues on Gerber's overall lack of quality and transparency on the timeline.

Very satisfied with the work. Not satisfied with length of time. Was told one week and it was ready in 11 days. Christmas was in there but still this should have been done in 6 or 8 days. It was scheduled such that parts were ready when I dropped it off. Another shop quoted me three days. Very inconvenient for me from a planning perspective/
