Although the service from the shop was awesome and was quick, the process leading up to the repair is what I wasn't satisfied with. Before the repair, I didn't receive any feedback unless I called or stopped into the shop, however, once the work was scheduled, everything went quickly and exceeded expectations.

Where do I begin???? Gerber has my car for over a month performing multiple repairs. There was a sever lack of communication and they even called to tell me I could pick up my car the next day, then never called to confirm and went home for the day.

The insurance adjuster told me I didn't need an appointment. I appreciate that the manager did an estimate on my car on the spot. The spare tire and all its packing materials were thrown into the trunk as if the building was on fire. I would prefer more attention to that sort of thing and fewer obsequious phone calls.
