Took a little longer than expected for job to be completed due to having to order another bumper but Rick ameliorated situation by getting me a rental car for one day at no charge. Work was done very well and was surprised to see that the entire interior of vehicle was cleaned and carpets were shampooed.

People were great. I have dealt with them at Nu-Look before. What I didn’t like was that you could not pay with a credit card over the phone. The person who caused the damage was paying for the work and should have been able to make a credit card payment over the phone. This was very inconvenient. Also only having hours until 5pm to pick up a vehicle is not convenient.

Amazing service and ordering parts and scheduling but an issue once I picked it up and drove away. As the bumper was falling off none of the 8nuts/bolts were tight and even 2 of the nuts back off the bolt and fell off while driving. I had to pay out of pocket $125 service fee for a tow truck to bring tools to tighten them up. Would like to try to fix that as it was out of my control
