I later found something that was not set right I am told to bring it in Tuesday. That would be on the 14th. I think of April so I will be bringing it in so that they can correct that problem.

When I went to pick my car one gentlemen who works there had a potty mouth just creating alot while talking. He wasn’t talking to me he was talking to another employee there. They were carrying a conversation. To me that is so unprofessional and I was not comfortable.

The Gerber team, as a whole, was/is amazing, but verbally and in person, I dealt specifically with Nick and Tiffany. I was actually pleased from start to finish and my car was completed 72 hours ahead of the estimated schedule. I will definitely share this location with all my family and friends... Nick, excellent customer service on car details, really appreciated it very much..., your expertise and knowledge went a long way....!!! The team did a fantastic job on my car, as I told Nick "it looks brand new." Nick also gave me some pointers on how to best care for my car overall, as I mentioned to him that the scratches on top, were all from me, trying to chip the ice off my car... Tiffany: extremely organized, excellent customer service, and my asking for copies of anything with my signature on it, was met with the utmost professionalism..., and her knowledge of each document, was outstanding...!!!
