Car looked great!! All the people we talked to were so considerate and helpful. They kept us in touch about our car while being fixed, and even completed the repair two days earlier than expected. 5/21/9 I have a 2015 Audi Q7 that we brought to NWARCC with some front end damage. Karen made the arrangements for a rental car. Excellent communications from Kelsey, she kept us informed of everything going on. The body shop people did very nice work, and I’m not always easy to please. The car was promised on Thursday, and it was ready as promised. I am very satisfied with this shop and if ever I need body repair again I would come back to this shop and I recommend them. They are very professional.
