I was very happy with not only my estimator Zoey but the team behind the counter and the technicians in the back, they even cleaned the inside of my car and washed the outside of my car. Laura was very good with making sure that my shuttle too the rental location was on the way and on time. I'd also like too thank Trish the store manager for offering me coffee and or tea in the main office as I waited for my courtesy shuttle. Overall I'd say the team went above and beyond for not only myself but for my vehicle as well. In the event I am or anybody else I know is in an accident I will be sure to be back.

I was originally assigned to Katii who I've had before and was amazing. She went on leave unexpectedly and unfortunately it seemed the handoff was not smooth. We weren't given all the details of the repair and even when we picked up our car, our step wasn't fixed and the lady who took over said, " oh they didn't tell you? That part won't be in for another week." I don't know who else was suppose to tell us if she took over and she was the person we picked up the car from but obviously we were upset initially thinkin our repair was incomplete. Just miscommunication and not all information was handed off.

From start to finish, I was very pleased with how well their processes was. I thought that I would need to fill a lot of paperwork and wait a long time but on my initial inspection I was out of there in probably less than 20 minutes. Then we were amazed on how accurate their estimate was on the cost, and when the car will be complete. Everything they mentioned was addressed and completed on time. Very friendly service and hassle free. I hope I never have an incident happen to any of our cars again but I take comfort, knowing if something does happen we know directly where to go. I highly recommend this location for any minor or major incidents to your vehicles. You might not be happy something happened to your car, but you’d be happy knowing you took it to the right place.
