Customer service was great, I was very happy with receiving the updates as work was being done. I received timely communication even when the car's estimated time of completion was to be extended a week from the original estimation. All employees were professional and friendly. The vehicle was cleaned and looks remarkable. No complaints at all! Would recommend!

I’ve had a few glitches with my car’s computer system since the repairs.

They seem to have done great work repairing my vehicle, but taking 10 days to assess the damage and another 20 days to complete the work is not acceptable. My policy wouldn’t cover a rental for that long, and I couldn’t afford one for even the time my policy covered.

From the moments I walked in, your entire team were very welcoming and friendly. Definitely easy to talk to and helpful. I left for a vacation, and one of the ladies remembered that I was going out of town and ask about the vacation. The customer service alone lets me know that my car was in good hands. As far as the car goes, they called a few days prior to let me know when it was going to be ready, and then again, two days before. They even took care of my rental to get returned so I didn't have to go there first and get pick up and dropped off at their facility. Thank you to the team at Gerber! I've had a wonderful experience.
