Forgot clips in wheel well

Got notification car was ready for pickup and went to auto shop only to find the car was still being worked on and would take an additional day. Was told automated system sent out message but was not attempted to be contacted that I shouldn’t pick up vehicle yet. This was already after a estimated completed time of Tuesday which got delayed to Wednesdau and finally Thursday. Very frustrating experience. They also forgot clips on my front right fender area in the wheel well and I had to go to back for them to fix it after I heard noise making sharp turns
