The only reason I gave a 9 is because the car was ready a day later than promised and I had to change an appointment. Otherwise it was a letter-perfect experience: everyone was courteous, the repair was carefully explained to me, and when the car was ready the repair (bumper replacement) had been beautifully executed. Overall I was very impressed.

Initially I was told that my car would not be ready for estimation until June 14th ! But it was completely towed in and finished a week earlier June 9th. I was so happy to get my car back because I had been driving a rental vehicle for two weeks! I know the shop had to order parts for my car, but after the parts arrived, the process went smoothly!
