The customer service was great but I noticed some paint drip spots at the edge of the panel they replaced. Not a big deal to me but it was something worth noting.

The estimator explained all the steps that would be done to fix the car’s body and did so without being condescending. The office staff were professional and yet friendly, handling all the paperwork with my insurance company. I went to two other body shops for estimates before Gerber but Gerber was the best. Their final cost (to the insurance company) was lower than either of the first shops’ estimates. Gerber gave me an estimate of the time the repairs would take but the car was ready a day early. Best if all, the repairs were invisible — if I hadn’t known where the damage had been, I’d never have known. Thank you, Gerber.
