Repairs done sooner than expected

When we were given the estimate for the repairs we were told that if it were to be more than the estimate we would be notified BEFORE the repairs were done. On the day that we called to find out if the car was finished, not only did it take awhile to find out if the repairs were completed, we were told that the car was repaired and that the cost was more than the estimate. Then we were informed that the district manager was not reachable to handle the situation.

The finished product is excellent. The communication factor was surprising and very impressive throughout the course of the repair job. I never had to make a call to get a progress report. Fine job by everyone under Gerber's roof. Thank you.
