There was huge crack on my windshield that was not there when car was brought in. Still have not heard back on when the replacement will happen.

The staff was friendly, helpful, and focused on getting the best service for the customer. I did have a an issue when picking up my vechicle, but the staff rectified it and never fought me on the issue. I woule use them again and reccomend them to my friends.

Repair looked good, but I was surprised that the actual cost was nearly $1,000 higher than the estimate. Although I'm only paying the insurance deductible, I'm sure this will somehow be reflected in my premium. I appreciated the frequent text updates and from a service perspective, I have no complaints.
