I can’t thank Joanna and Ricky enough for going above and beyond to repair my vehicle while I was in the middle of a roadtrip, taking my son to college. To say it was stressful was an understatement. I called back stating there is a significant amount water in my vehicle after just “fixing the clog”. I understand allowing carpet to dry but as a ex detailer, this need to be extracted. As a consumer why should I have to drive a vehicle with water sitting under my carpet?
