There work was fine. The long wait time was not Gerber’s fault. BMW had a part in completing the work. They caused the delay.

On the whole i was satisfied with Gerber Collision. The workmenship was excellent. My car looks great. There was an issue with the amount time Gerber had my car. That issue was not Getber’s fault however. My only complaint was with Gerber’s communication with me as to the when I would get my car.

For the price of repair, I would expect higher quality. Nibs and uneven orange peel, compound residue left on edges of fenders. The is a smudge in the paint on edge near cowl.
