I think the repair was excellent. The estimated time was not too good. I understand there was an unforeseen circumstance that delayed completion by 4 more days, and that cost me additional car rental fees, l appreciated Gerber for renting another car for me as they needed one more day which was unexpected. Despite the issues, the job done was excellent!

The entire process took months, and I had to cover a rental protection thing for an entire month while they worked on two parts of my car. I wasted $300 because everyone was slow asf lol. I worked on cars for years and it makes zero sense to me whatsoever
