I have to admit, I was a little skeptical when I was sent there for an estimate by my insurnace company. However, after the initial appraisal and the helpfulness of the receptionist, eleviated my concerns. The repairs took a little longer than I expected, but the results are well worth it, they did a wonderful job, my vehicle looks fantastic.

As mentioned I would have given a perfect score if the trunk issue had been resolved. However, I still feel confident in recommending a friend or family member to Gerber.

Gerber got the work on my Elantra done a day early and for the cost of the estimate. It's a minor detai that the trunk of my car still sticks. Otherwise I'd give Gerber a 10. Erika was very helpful in accommodating my arthritis. I appreciate the professionalism and kindness she afforded me while at the shop.
