Took the car in for repairs to the driver's side mirror and passanger side door near bumper. The mirror was repaired very well, the passanger side door was scrated at the time of repair and they denied they damaged the dorr durin gthe repair. They did not note the scratch on the dorr at the time the car was dropped off for repair, but denied it anyway.
