Very professional staff. Helped us through a very unpleasant time- an accident not once but twice. Neither accident our fault but still a hassle and the staff chuck and his receptionist couldn't have been nicer.

The rear quarter panel that was replaced looked well done, which is the only reason why this gets a 3. there was over spray on the front fender, the TPMS sensor needed replacement or reprogramming which was not done, the center cap on the wheel was missing, the wheel didn't have any clear on it so it did not match the other wheels, and the alignment was off after pick up as well.

There was a massive lack of communication throughout the process. I received two phone calls throughout the entire repair process. One to try and up-sell me on powder coating my wheels, and the the second was on a Friday to tell me the car would be completed and ready for pick up on Tuesday evening. It was not ready to pick up, as glass install wasn't even scheduled until the following day. If not for my thinking to call the shop right before I left my office early to make it there in time before closing, I would have driven a long way to only find out they still hadn't finished. No communication there nor the following day.
