I would love to tell you about my Gerber experience. On July 2 I had a little unfortunate situation. I ran into a curb in a parking lot with my Honda. Later that afternoon I reached out to the shop that does my auto mechanics ketchum, Mike referred me to your store. I called and spoke with Dustin. It was literally five minutes before you closed for the holiday weekend. I explained to Dustin I lived around the block. He told me to bring my car over and he would help me secure my bumper for the weekend. I met up with Dustin. He helped me with my bumper and promised I would hear from him on Monday. He lived up to his promise. He reached out to me, emailed me my estimate and made arrangements for my vehicle to be repaired. Dustin provided a level of service that is rarely found any longer. It was his customer concern, follow through and pride along with work ethic that will make me a repeat customer for Gerber thank you very very much.

I wanted to take a moment to thank Dustin for his exemplary customer service. On July 2, five minutes before closing I called your store. Destin said they were just getting ready to close however, if I brought my car by he would take a look at my bumper to ensure it was safe to drive over the holiday weekend. I didn’t she asked I brought it in he made a few adjustments on my bumper so I could drive it over the weekend. On Monday he called to make arrangements to have my vehicle repaired. I let them know. This was going to be a rough week to leave my car. He offered to order the parts have my bumper painted and then I could drop my car off for repairs. It was his quick thinking great service and overall concern that will make me come back to Gerber. Thank you Dustin.

I expected excellent service - achieved. I expected repair to be 100% accurate- more than achieved. Staff excellent. And Dustin is more than just competent and knowledgeable - he has the “right stuff”. I don,t get in car accidents often but when I do I prefer Gerber ( similar to the words in the Dos Equis beer commercials featuring the most interesting man in the world). And thank you for helping me!

From receiving a quote, getting into work scheduled, and having to work completed, I could not have asked for a better communication and service. My interface was with Dustin and he was great throughout the process. And that included scheduling, receiving and having return a rental car.
