I’ve used Gerber services many times. This specific repar service is mediocre at best. Headlight assembly does not even sit properly. See photos.

I said when I dropped off the vehicle that I didn't have a cell phone, but apparently they sent me text updates throughout the process, which obviously I didn't get. They were always helpful when I contacted them.

Had no updates from shop unless I called and then they still told me it was done and was not. Total disaster of communication and job completion. Had scheduled date for repair and was not done! Had lost parts and have to go back to have job completed, such an inconvenience for me to have to come back. Absolutely worst service have ever had!
