Its nothing that the company itself did. Its going without your primary vehicle for so long and paying out of pocket for a rental on top of making a car payment for the vehicle being worked on. $12 a day really adds up after a while. The only problem I really had was being kept out of the loop. It took me calling there to find out the status of my vehicle. Only then was I told the parts were delayed.
