The customer service was great, and the finished body work on my car repair was better than expected. Order and shipping delays ment the repair took longer than expected. The staff is to be commended for their kindness and expertise.

Gerber Collision was a great experience from start to finish. The customer service is outstanding, I felt welcomed and appreciated there. I went in for a side mirror repair and when I picked up my car it was like brand new. PS I have a dog too, so it was not brought in that way. I see now why they are so booked, but definitely worth the wait.

Excessive miles added to vehicle ( 8 miles), MPG (mile per gallon) was at 10mpg meaning whoever drove the vehicle drove it overly aggressive and the radio volume was on max it appears someone had a good time driving my vehicle, and the vehicle was a week past when it was supposed to be returned
