Last year we had our Lexus repaired at Gerber Collision & Glass, but the initial repair didn’t come out the way we had hoped. After a new manager, Jeremy Fenner, came in, we brought the car back and he took the time to really look into everything. He carefully worked through the remaining issues, replaced parts that needed attention, and made sure the car was brought back to where it should be. I really appreciated Jeremy’s attention to detail and his willingness to follow through until things were right. What started as a frustrating experience ultimately turned into a positive one because he took ownership and made it right.

When I picked up the car, a piece on the bumper was uneven and a piece was sticking up by the driver side headlight. There was about half inch gap between the bumper and hood. I took the car back and they fixed it. But it is still a little off, was told it is due to the insurance only allowing after market parts.

There was a lack of communication throughout the process. I called and left messages a few times and did not get a call back. Three times I was told that someone would be calling be back, and never received a return call. I was never give an update on the car at all unless I called. I received more info about the progress of my car from Enterprise. Face to face they were professional.
