Car was repaired without ever providing a written estimate. We never authorized the work. Would’ve had it taken to a different shop had we received an actual estimate. Car returned with multiple problems that were not present prior to dropping it off to Gerber. No speedometer, odometer, power steering, abs, traction control. Along with wipers that we’re extremely out of adjustment and broken drivers seat rear pouch from the shop placing everything in the back seat into the pouch.

No attempt to fix the the fact that they worked on the car without telling us. Car took almost 2 months. Was told the car was finished and then not done yet back and forth 3 times

Staff was absolutely amazing. The guy that did my estimate was great, the lady at the desk is so sweet, and the guy that gave me my keys and took me out to look at the completed work was so kind. Would recommend every day.

It was a very easy process.They estimated the damage and gave me a date to drop off my truck.The receptionist coordinated my rental car and had it dropped off.I received a call when the work was done.Their work is top quality.They even detailed the interior.

I just loved the customer service each person was helpful and nice. I liked that the enterprise rental drove the rental car to me at Gerber. Gerber took care of checking the rental out for me and it was much appreciated !
