They left a piece off the outside....it was laying on the dash, the mirror does not work properly like the broken one that I put back together so I could drive it. There is so much stress on the mirror glass it looks like a fun house mirror.....the whole mirror needs replacing, not just the outside case.

Myself and my family are telling every person we know to never bring their vehicle there for repairs.

I am extremely dissatisfied with my experience. Not only was I lied to being told it would be 2-4 days for repairs. My car then sat untouched (with snow) on it for 2 of those days. Dave at the frost desk then lied to me again and said it would be a week, I then paid a rental only to find out that he lied once again and it would be 11 more days. More than 2 weeks later I returned to get my car which was not fixed to my satisfaction. I then left my car another day and got it the next day for good. The work is still not acceptable and is certainly not back to

I was lied to at least 3 times about the progress of my car and when it would be ready. Dave at the front desk was extremely rude. They also refused to let me see the removed parts even when requested multiple times.

The group of people helping to get my car fixed were very helpful, understanding and very professional. I was made to feel very comfortable and trusting in the process. I was surprised how the gentleman that was doing the work explained everything as he walked my around my vehicle. Truly just a wonderful bunch of people and great place to go, from now on the only i will go, to get a vehicle fixed. Thank u very much for everyone involved.
