I took my truck off your lot thinking all repairs were done. Going down the road my truck starts running hot because their was no antifreeze put in the radiator. When you called yesterday and said that the truck would not be done I told you that's fine to take your time I just want it done right. Obviously that is not what happened it was rushed and not done properly. I'm just hoping everything is fine with my engine.

I had a support brace left in the back of my car and a headlight was out for the ride home. I could have driven back in a few days to have the headlight repaired and had the brace disposed of but I didn't want to drive the half an hour to do so.

Sometimes they would call my wife instead of me ... and I wouldn't get updates in a timely manner because of this. Even thought I asked them to use my cell number instead of hers. Happened more than once.
