This would have been a 10, except that final cost was almost double the estimate. They prepared me for the possibility that the cost could go up. However thy never told me why...neither at the time it happened or when I picked up the car. In fact, I didn't know it went up until I got hone and reviewed th bill. .

Great experience, to be honest I was wary as this company was suggested by the other drivers insurance company but I asked my mechanic for a recommendation and he said you guys as well. At that point I was a little worried that you guys were just paying everybody off do you suggest you do repairs, and maybe you are, But the work was excellent and going forward if I need more repairs I will be returning!
