The customer service area seemed a little under manned. If the person working the desk was unavailable, other employees had no idea how to answer questions. Also, I received to different answers when I inquired about body work/painting another vehicle. One person said, “Yes, we can” and the next day I was told by another employee, “No, we just do collision repair”.

I was very disappointed that the vehicle was detailed as good as it could have been. I had to clean the green grease pencil of the right rear tire that should have been done before I picked up the vehicle
