It was very comforting knowing my car was well taken care of . From the moment I dropped my car off, to picking it back up was such an easy process. I had to drop my car off early due to work issues. The staff was very understanding and accommodated me . Jeremy was knowledgeable and answered all of my questions while explaining everything thoroughly. I was referred here from a family member and I agree with them on their excellent service !

Everyone was very helpful and knowledgeable, but the estimate for the time of repair was way off. I dropped the car off on 8/26 with the estimated time of 2 and 1/2 to 3 weeks to complete the repair. I picked up the car on 9/30. Five weeks or double the estimated time. Other than that, everything else was good.

Everyone is so friendly! Kimberly greets you with a friendly smile and great attitude!! Jeremy was awesome when he gave us an estimate on our damage. He’s very knowledgeable and walked us through the whole process step by step. When we picked up our Yukon everyone asked us if we were happy with it. We asked who painted our vehicle because it looked awesome!! We were told Angel was the painter. We met with him and told him what an amazing job he did!! We’ll be recommending Gerber to all our friends!!!
