Gerber repaired my car with no issues. I give a 10 for their service reps, they were efficent and answered all questions. 10 for The adjuster , he went through and explained all that would be done. 10 on the repairs, the technician did a great job. 10 on time repairs took. Would recommend this shop without hesitation.

They did a great job repairing the lift gate damage on my Hyundai Tucson XRT. Elizabeth was very helpful in keeping me informed during the repair process. The only minor complaint is that they seemed to reused the old XRT and HTrack emblems. The XRT emblem is not damaged but at a little different position, which is okay. However, the HTrack emblem is bent and not attached very well. I stopped by to show them, and they are going to order a new one. So far, I have not heard back.
