I chose Gerber Collision in Smyrna, TN and dealt with Elizabeth. She was fabulous from beginning through my drive home when she called to let me know I left my garage door opener in my rental, and then offered to mail it to me because I live 65 miles from the shop. Oh, the repair looks like new, too!
