The Shop Manager, Scott Fitzgerald went way above and beyond. His service was outstanding on many levels. I was standing at the counter at Enterprise Rent-A-Car to drop off the rental I had been driving while my car was in your shop. Another gentleman standing next to me was renting a car because he had also been in an accident. The Enterprise employee behind the counter asked him where he planned to take his car to get fixed. The man said he was thinking of Gerber. The man behind the counter said I would recommend American auto body. I abruptly interrupted him and said I just went through the same process and I have done business with both and I highly recommend Gerber. I would definitely recommend you to anyone. Thank you for taking care of me through this unpleasant car accident experience.
