Cody stated that the wheel is on back order and also the black finder molding is on back order. Once they come in he will call and have me bring car back in and have replaced out vs waiting the two weeks to get car back.

The quality of my repairs was exceptional. Cody was extremely professional, friendly, and courteous. I was kept informed as to the status of my repairs and estimated completion date. This is my second time using this Gerber Collision and if repairs are needed again I will turn to them for their quality of repair.

My Ford Explorer collision repair was completed to perfection. I was updated kindly and the date of completion was as exactly as projected. I appreciate how well I was treated in the process. In my opinion, Cody should be given a substantial raise even if he is already paid well. His capabilities involving customer service put others I’ve dealt with to shame, and he clearly possesses the skill set for body work to match that high bar. I’m considering poaching him, myself.
