While it took almost 2 months to fix (no fault of Gerber) they kept me well informed of status of backordered parts. The car looks beautiful, runs great. Really appreciative of the clean car, both inside and out. I would use Gerber again. Hopefully not too soon though

The repairs to my vehicle was excellence, but the service was terrible!

I'm not sure what happened, but they left me without a vehicle. The Spring Hill location said the Donelson location allowed my vehicle to stay in their shop too long before realizing they would not be able to repair it before sending it to them. The rental expired and I had no way to work. My son, daughter-in-law, brother and sister-in-law had to rearrange their schedule in order for me to get to work, 30 miles from my house.

Gerber handled everything so well and I’m so grateful they were where our car was taken. Returning our vehicle to a safe condition was their number one priority. This is a hard environment with supply chain challenges and staffing and they’ve handled everything so well. Thank you for your great customer service.
