The repairs done to the visual damages were nicely done. However, the left rear wheel well is more loose than the right side. Even though there seem to be an acknowledgement from one of the employees, I was told there was nothing that could be done. That’s a disappointment being this is an auto body shop and nearly $6K repair charge.

There was a misunderstanding about insurance procedures and my appointment needed to be rescheduled. I was assured that I would be squeezed in after opening insurance claim. But, instead, I was given an appointment a week later. Not a big deal, but don’t offer anything that can’t be backed up. The other disappointment is the shrug off about the left wheel well being loose and nothing could be done about it.
