The entire team did a terrific job from start to finish. Everyone was professional, knowledgeable and cared about the customer. The entire process was one of the smoothest I have been involved with in quite some time… usually have to chase and follow up with folks continuously to get things done… but NOT here!!! A breathe of fresh air… a shout out to Kelley and Adam for the help with the process, estimate and completion. I was a bit vague when we first got the bid to repair. I've never had any body work done at a shop so I was unsure how deep into my pocket I had to go. They straightened it all out and were very professional about it all . Plus extremely pleasant. Hope I don't have to repeat it but if I do I'll return to Gerber.
