Did not like the repair done to the door. Crease Line not crisp and rounded compared to the rest of the truck lines.

Customer Service and Adam were excellent. Paint job looked great and running boards just expected a more professional body work. Door repair line looked rounded and not fine to match the line of front door. I felt body work could have been better. I spoke to Adam about and told me come back to get redone. Just taking more time for something that should have been done the first time.

Overall the work on the vehicle came out great! I am satisfied with the repairs. It was a pleasure working with the estimator Adam, who was very helpful keeping me posted during the ongoing process. Other then a few delays due to waiting for some parts my experience using Gerber was great!

The team they have here is excellent! This is my goto collusion repair shop. They texted me every step of the way with updates about my car and approximate time it would be ready and were fast at getting the work done so I could get my car back in a timely manner . Very friendly and curious employees and the quality and craftsmanship of their work is top notch! Highly recommend!
