given the amount of workload you all subject your staff to at this location (which could easily produce a negative experience for the customer). Your team was prfessional, caring and handled my colision claim very well. Robert and his team know how to take care of the customer. My recommendation would be to improve the customer service area, provide for better accomodations for your adjustment/estimate staff (away from the customer service common area) and to provide more parking in the front (as vehicles in repair appear to spill out into the parking lot).
