i was not called when the car was ready and if i did not call on the status of my car it would probally still be there. Upon my payment they were calling me with the right number and e-mail address. so when it comes to money they got it all right with numbers and e-mail address and got State Farm involved. They had my car for 30 days, not good customer service.
