It seems that Gerbers quality control training has caused them to use that terminology with their customers. I don't want to know want to be told QC requires a release by my insurance because it's on a checklist that no one but Gerber employees have ever seen. I just want to be treated with respect, get quality workmanship and pay a fair price.
