Of course having a car accident is a traumatic event, but being taken care of by the team at Gerber made the process easier to cope with ALL that had to be done and it was all done in a very exceptional and professional manner. I was contantly apprised of the work being done to my car and when it wld be ready. I greatly appeciated the entire staff and their kindness and professionalism.

Gerber Collision really does a great job and I have already recommended them to others. They're organized, polite and efficient. I love it that they use text messages to keep me informed. However, the best thing about them is that they do a good job when making repairs to my car. They like to do things right and I appreciate that.

the paint job and bumper work work great however they didn't put my door back together completely and there was a puddle of water in my floorboard as well.

We picked up my 2007 Ford F150 and immediately noticed the AC was not cooling right. Then we noticed the that the area between the hood and windshield was missing a part on the left and right side. This was after more than 30 days of repair. We are now on day 2 trying to complete the job with no word as to a possible pickup date. The paint looked wonderful.
