When I went to get my car, there was a flaw on the bumper that needed correcting so I ended up leaving the car for another 4 days. There was paint on the steering wheel and a problem with the window..I think they "Macgyvered" it. I expect I'll be back at some point.

They said they call with updates Tuesdays and Thursdays but I was the one calling them for updates. When they did call, They called our house instead of the mobile number. Instead of looking in the glove box or tire jack area for the wheel locks, they spent half a day calling my house instead of my mobile. When, by chance, I reached out to them, they said they had been trying to reach me all morning about the location of wheel locks....I told them either the glove box or jack area and to call me if they weren't in either of those locations. I never heard back so I assumed they were in one of the locations...I mean, THEY are the professionals, right?!?
