This repair was only completed at Gerber because of USAA. If USAA had been up front, which they were not, I would have selected a company I had done business with before that did not use used parts.

There could have been better communication. There was a delay in letting me know when parts had originally arrived. Gerber should have contacted me for approval regarding a change in work plans pushing the original work completion date back. I do appreciate that they pushed the job through so that I could return home in time to tend to family business.

Again with communication. Y'all were really good the first few days but the following week I had to contact Gerber to receive updated information including a change in work plans.
